Before the call
Write to us in a few lines: the task you want to look at, the tools you use for it and how much time it takes each week. Let us know whether you prefer phone or video, and your time zone and availability.
During the call
You walk us through how the task is done today, with the tools you already have. Together we find the steps where AI can save you time or money, and the ones that should stay with your team.
After the call
You get a one-page plan by email, in plain words. It shows where AI can help with that task and suggests the simplest solution: one existing tool, or several tools connected together, with the cost of each part. If nothing is worth doing, we tell you so.
What we don't do
We don't sell software and we don't create needs. We start from the tools you already have. If another tool costs less or does the job better, we show it to you with its cost, and the decision is yours.
If you decide to go further
There are two options.
One-time payment: we install and connect the tools, then train your team. You then pay the tool subscriptions directly to the vendors.
Managed: we set it up, then look after the system every month.
The price is set with you after the diagnostic. Every cost is listed before you decide: ours and the tools'.
Common questions
Who will you talk to? You talk directly with the person who designs your system, not with a salesperson.
Do I need to prepare anything? No. A few lines about the task and your tools are enough, and the pre-filled email guides you.
In which language? French or English, your choice.
Is it really free? Yes. 30 minutes, no commitment and nothing to pay.
